💰 Fees Structure & Payment Guidelines
Y.M. Convent School, Gyanpur – Bhadohi
At Y.M. Convent School, we maintain a transparent and affordable fee structure designed to support our quality education system. Parents are requested to follow the payment terms and rules as outlined below:
📆 1. Fee Payment Schedule
Tuition fees must be paid in advance by the 12th of each month.
A late fine of ₹50 will be charged if the fee is paid after the 12th.
Fees for vacation months must be cleared before the vacation begins.
No deductions will be allowed for a broken or partial period of attendance.
🕒 2. Fee Collection Timings
Fees will be collected from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on all working days at the school office.
🚫 3. Non-Payment Consequences
If the tuition fee is not cleared within the respective month:
The student will not be allowed to attend classes.
The student will be barred from appearing in tests/examinations.
The student’s name will be struck off the school rolls after 2 months of non-payment.
Re-admission in such cases will only be allowed after:
Full payment of all pending dues
Re-admission fee, equal to the original admission fee
🔁 4. Refund Policy
Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances, including withdrawal or transfer.
🧾 5. Additional Charges (As Applicable)
School Tie, Belt, Identity Card, Exercise Copies, and Student Diary will be charged separately.
Transport, examination fees, books, and uniforms are not included in tuition fees and will be collected as per requirement.
🧮 Note on Tuition Fees
The actual class-wise fee structure (admission fee, monthly tuition fee, annual charges, etc.) will be shared at the time of admission or can be obtained from the school office.
